We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases of our Chamber Nine Season One ball and tripod set made on our website. Once purchased, if you are not satisfied with the Chamber Nine Season One ball and tripod set, you are eligible for a full refund within 14 calendar days of your purchase. After the 14-day period you will no longer be eligible to receive a refund unless the product is defective (see below)  Please note, items bought at a reduced price, in a sale or by using a discount code will only be refunded at that discounted price, please read more detailed information on our return policy below.

 

RETURNS

 

All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in an unused, unopened condition and be returned with all original packaging and labels attached.

 

RETURN PROCESS

 

To return an item, please email customer service at contact@chambernine.co.uk  to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number please package the product(s) securely and include your proof of purchase/and the return form provided. Post your return to the following address:

Please note, if you purchased the product with free postage/shipping you are responsible for all return postage charges. We strongly recommend that you use a signed for and trackable postage method for your return package otherwise receipt of your return cannot be guaranteed and/or guaranteed to be received by us within the time period allowed for such returns. If postage was paid in addition to the product price (ie. not free postage/shipping) we will cover the return postage costs and we will email details to you. 

 

REFUNDS

 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 14 days from the receipt of your item to process your return.  Refunds may take a while  to appear on your credit/debit card statement and is wholly dependent on your card company’s policy.  We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.


 

QUALITY GUARANTEE

 

Defects. Your Chamber Nine Season One ball and tripod set comes with a 6 month guarantee regarding manufacture related defects.  In the unlikely event that your Chamber Nine Season One Ball or Tripod is defective, please contact us at contact@chambernine.co.uk to arrange a full refund or exchange. We will normally only exchange the defective part of the order. Evidence of misuse and wear and tear is not considered in this guarantee and all returns will be inspected and examined for such. The Chamber Nine paper guide booklet is not included in any of this return policy or guarantee, If you lose or damage your booklet, please refer to the pdf version in our members area or contact us by email for a replacement.
